If you want a specific item that you do not see on our website, call
us. If we have it, we will gladly offer it to you at our normal price.
Our website does not immediately notify you of any item on backorder.
If you need your item quickly, please call to verify the item is in stock.
If you wish to change your order, we will gladly help you do so.

section. Actual shipping charges apply to Hawaiian, Canadian and foreign
orders.
Our Guarantee
We are dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality
of merchandise we offer and if you are not happy for any reason, we'll do our
best to make it right, simply and quickly. To avoid disappointing you, we may
occasionally substitute an unavailable item with one of equal or greater value.
Designs may change occasionally with updated art or logos. If you're not satisfied
with you order simply return it for an exchange or refund. The return must be
made within 45 days of the original ship date. Please call 800-338-6016 for
a return authorization number. We reserve the right to substitute newer or updated
items that may not be exactly like the items pictured. Again, if this item does
not meet you satisfaction, please do not hesitate to call.
Merchandise Errors
If we make an error on your order, we will gladly refund your return postage
(not to exceed the amount of shipping and handling paid on your original order),
and expedite the return of the correct item back to you.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please call us at the customer service number
above. Unfortunately, an email is not sufficient. If we are able to cancel the
order before it is processed (usually 24-48 hours after it is placed) there
will be no cancellation fee. If the order has been processed and shipped, you
may return it, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges and a $4.00
restocking fee.
