 Want a chance to win the Bristol Motor Speedway Pace Car? All you have to do is purchase a $10 rubber shark so that it can be entered into the 2nd Annual Sharky 500 at Bristol Motor Speedway on Oct. 17. The sharks will be dumped into the creek on the BMS property and they'll race for 500 yards to the finish line. Anyone purchasing a shark will receive your shark number in your email confirmation and it will coincide with one of the rubber sharks that are dumped into the creek. The first shark to cross the finish line will win its owner the 2009 BMS Pace Car Ford Mustang! Second Place is $5,000 from Grand Home Furnishings and third prize is a Vacation Package to Universal Studios Orlando, courtesy of All Journeys Travel. Prizes also will be awarded to the rest of the top 10 finishing sharks. All proceeds will benefit the Bristol Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities. |
